In conjunction with a complete renovation of the house by Kingfisher Project Developments ltd, the client wanted us to design and build their forever garden.

This included front garden, 2 driveways and a large back garden. The clients wanted a curvy cottage garden feel with lots of planting but also with space to entertain and room for the kids to play.

Lighting throughout and a full irrigation system for beds and lawn was included.

When we started it was part building site and partly the tired old garden with a harsh brick planter right in front of the doors and difficult levels.

We used a tumbled natural stone in slabs and setts for the hard landscaping and extensive mature planting in the new beds.The rear fence is split chestnut post and rail, the front garden has a smooth “t and g” privacy fence.

We planted established yew hedging and new trees up to 5 M tall.
